Elizabeth is pursuing a Master’s degree in Rhetoric and Professional Writing. Years ago, she graduated from UNM with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. She has worked as a newspaper reporter, magazine editor, and technical writer, and headed communications for a global software company and at a small nonprofit. She has delighted in all the varied professional writing environments where she’s worked. Now, as a teaching assistant, she delights in the expressive beauty of her students’ writing. Her focus is on the pedagogy of writing and composition, with special emphasis on teaching technical and professional writing.
