Biography

I'm a fiction MFA candidate and a TA in the Core Writing program. I like writing that defies genre and convention, and strive toward liminality in much of my work. I have a BA in journalism and a minor in creative writing (poetry) from Northwestern University, and in my years outside of the classroom have worked as an arts and culture journalist, hosted an ambient music radio show, and led bicycle tours in downtown Chicago.
