Professor Emeritus Publishes on Historic Route 66

The National Park Service published Professor Emeritus of Creative Writing, David Dunaway’s new volume, Researching Route 66: A Bibliography, which Dunaway co-published with Dr. Stephen Mandrogoc. Dunaway’s interest in route 66 has also been recognized by the National Endowment for the Humanities, which just awarded him and associates a grant to train teachers on the world’s most famous road, whose centenary occurs in 2026.

Furthermore, Dunaway’s newest radio documentary, “Music of the Nuclear Age” aired nationally on KUNM-FM (89.9).
