English Garners University-wide Teaching Awards

English has struck again, and garnered a number of University-wide and Arts and Sciences teaching awards.

New Teacher of the Year went to Sarah Townsend who is an Assistant Professor of British and Irish Literature.

The Susan Deese-Roberts Outstanding Teaching Assistant of the Year went to Stéfan Koekemoer and Anja Sanchez who are both MA students in Medieval Studies.

The College of Arts and Sciences Teaching Excellence Award for Graduate Teaching Assistants went to Kalila Bohsali who is a PhD student in American Literary Studies.
