PhD Candidate in Scotland for Gallagher Research

Despite the pandemic, British and Irish Literary Studies PhD Candidate Emma B. Mincks has been able to make it over to Ireland and Scotland for research with the Gallagher Scholarship. Mincks was the first researcher (link to the twitter announcement) to re-enter the National Library of Scotland upon their re-opening after national lockdown and was one of limited appointments in the Special Collections reading room. They are pictured here in front of the National Library. Emma thanks the Gallagher Scholarship committee for this opportunity to do deeper archival research in various places as they continue re-open.
