University Libraries Hulsman Undergraduate Research Award Winners

University Libraries Hulsman Undergraduate Library Research Awards. This award recognizes excellence in undergraduate research that incorporates the use of University Libraries resources and demonstrates sophisticated information literacy skills. The program is supported by our long-time donors Jim and Mary Lois Hulsman.

First Place Emerging Researcher Award went to LaVonne Yazzie who is a Senior in English for her research paper, Literature Review of the Literary Term “Interpretation” 

Third Place Advanced Researcher Award went to Elizabeth Brooke Holland who is a Senior in English (with Alexandra VK Iturralde & Coleman Piburn, both Seniors in Liberal Arts) for, Live Local, Renew Local: Community Sourced Solar Energy in New Mexico
