Emma Mincks was recently awarded the Joseph C. Gallagher Scholarship for Study in Ireland and Europe. To honor the life of former UNM Student, Joseph C. Gallagher, this Scholarship encourages academic study of any subject at an institution in Ireland, or the study of an Irish subject at any European university for one academic year.
