The 2017 English Department Convocation Speaker, Professor Mimi Gladstein, an alumna of the program, endowed the Mimi Reisel Gladstein Faculty Award to provide research and travel support for Literature Faculty in the Department of English. The award will be first given in Fall of 2018 and will be judged by a committee of faculty. The English Department is also going to have the recipient give a lecture on his or her project as the Mimi Gladstein Literature Lecturer.
