BiographyAnja Sanchez is a local of rural Northern New Mexico. She is an MA English student concentrating in Medieval Studies. She graduated from UNM with a BA and Majors in English and Psychology. Her interests are usually focused on the topics of gender, sexuality, and multicultural impacts. Anja strives to combine her love of Chicanx Literature and folklore with Medieval Studies. Her research is focused on identifying the lasting effects of colonization that left medieval ideologies and practices in rural communities like Northern New Mexico. | |
