PhD Alumna Interviewed by the Museum of British Colonialism

Dr. Emma B. Mincks, PhD alumna in British and Irish Literary Studies, was interviewed by Andrea Potts for Paper Trails, the Museum of British Colonialism’s Blog Publication about British colonialism and its impacts. They discussed Mincks’ dissertation research on the commodification and fetishization of teeth throughout the 18th and 19th century in relation to the history of enclosure, the slave trade, gender descrimination, and settler colonial violence.
