Assistant Professor of Rhetoric and Writing, Todd Ruecker was recently invited to join the TESOL Quarterly editorial board. TESOL stands for “Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages”, and TESOL Quarterly (TQ) is a refereed professional journal that fosters inquiry into English language teaching and learning by  providing a forum for TESOL professionals to share their research findings and explore ideas and relationships in the field. Its readership includes ESOL teacher educators, teacher learners, researchers, applied linguists, and ESOL teachers. As a top journal in the field of English Language Teaching, TQ has an approximately 5% acceptance rate.
